THE $TRUMPGOV ASSETS ARE NOT INTENDED TO BE DISTRIBUTED TO ANY PERSON OR ENTITY IN ANY JURISDICTION WHERE SUCH TRANSACTIONS ARE RESTRICTED OR PROHIBITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAWS.
